Amir is a member of the IDF’s crisis management and negotiation team, and a Colonel (ret.) at an elite reconnaissance unit. Amir brings more than two decades of experience in high-tech management, investments and exits. Amir served as CFO and CEO in companies which exited through M&A and IPOs, held senior positions in publicly traded companies and presides in boards of high-tech companies.
Amir holds an M.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (magna cum laude).

Eyal has over 20 years of experience with start-ups in the online realms (gaming, media, and SaaS). From founding to several successful exits including a sale to Facebook, IPO, M&As as well as secondary sales, he is an experienced co-founder, board member, attorney, and active angel investor.
Eyal is also a partner at Israel’s largest law firm, an adjunct Professor at the University of Haifa and holds degrees in Economics, LL.B and LL.M (magna cum laude).

Eyal Yechezkell is a serial entrepreneur turned investor. Eyal has launched multiple successful products and services in the online industry, ad-tech, e-commerce and related digital and mobile realms, since 1999.
As Founder and CEO, Eyal has led the product and business development initiatives, including multi-million dollar marketing and media buying deals for several companies which he successfully sold to leading digital companies in the USA.

Nathan is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist at heart, an alumni and community leader of the 8200 elite technological unit of the IDF, with over 20 years of experience in spearheading software development and architecture.
Nathan has founded and sold several ventures, led global teams across the US, Europe, South America & APAC, and has built consumer and data products which are deployed on billions of devices worldwide.
